Delivery & Return

The online sale of the products presented on this site is reserved for orders that can be delivered in the geographical areas defined by Layli (France Belgium, Italy, DOM TOM... see the "shipping" step when placing your order).

Unless otherwise instructed by the buyer, the products are delivered to the delivery address indicated on the online order form, any error on the part of the customer will be at his expense. Layli offers several delivery options.

The buyer bears transport costs, established according to the amount of the order and the tariffs of the carrier in force.

  • For private parcels with signature note 2 to 3 working days as well as 5 to 7 working days for any other country.
  • For shipments via Mondial Relay collection point, note 3 to 4 working days for France and 5 working days for any other country.

Orders are processed and shipped upon receipt of payment within 24 to 72 hours (working days, excluding weekends) regardless of the method of payment chosen.

People benefiting from free delivery will receive their package via Mondial Relay (collection point) as indicated on the site.

DELIVERY INCIDENTS

Orders are made by delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature or with signature according to your choice. Delivery times are only given as an indication; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. LAYLI will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number for their package by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home or via Mondial Relay collection point.

In the event of the buyer's absence, he will receive a delivery notice from his postman, which allows him to withdraw the products ordered from the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of the company.

The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the La Poste employee or the deliverer, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

The information given by the buyer, when taking the order, is binding on him.

Layli declines all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, as well as in the event of loss or theft of products.

Any package declared delivered by the carrier no longer engages the responsibility of Layli, even in the event of non-receipt by the buyer. Layli will not be required to return an identical package. The buyer must file a complaint with the carrier.

However, any delay in delivery must be reported to Layli who then contacts the carrier to request an investigation.

All packages leave Layli's premises in perfect condition. The buyer is required to check the condition of the package on arrival and must notify the carrier of any anomaly (traces of shock, crushing, holes, etc.), and REFUSE it, if necessary. He then has 48 hours to issue any reservations about the package received (damaged package, broken products, etc.) to the CARRIER and Layli. Layli disclaims all liability in the event of damaged packages, broken products, etc. during transport. If the damaged package is accepted without reservation, it cannot be the subject of a complaint to Layli. Fire, strikes, accidents, the impossibility of being supplied are considered as cases of force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver.

LAYLI advises you to read the description of the products as well as the contraindications of the products you order and disclaims any allergy or error in your orders received.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you have received an item that is not what you ordered, we will be happy to return the correct product to you at no additional cost, and issue you a return label to return the incorrect item to us.

In this case, please send us an email upon receipt of the package at contact@layli.fr with your name and order number. We will respond as soon as possible. You can contact us at: contact@layli.fr

Any product returned damaged, in particular due to lack of protection in unsuitable packaging, will be considered as a product returned damaged and cannot be refunded.

RETURNS

You have 14 days of withdrawal from the receipt of your package. Returned items must be unopened, undamaged and complete. The return costs are your responsibility.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an email to contact@layli.fr. We will then issue a return label for the return of your package. The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received within 14 days, by bank transfer, after receipt and verification of the returned products.

PACKAGE NOT COLLECTED AT A RELAY POINT

Your parcels remain at your disposal at the Mondial Relay pick-up point for 10 calendar days .

Without receipt from you within this period, the order will be automatically returned to us.

In this case, we invite you to contact our customer service within 14 days in order to inform you of your wish for a refund or the reshipment of your order (subject to available stock and shipping costs at your expense).
