• Voie orale - Adulte : Mélanger 1 petite cuillère à café avec du miel pur bio (ou jus, lait...) à boire chaque matin et/ou soir pendant 1 mois, puis arrêter 1 mois. Répéter la cure si nécessaire. Ne pas dépasser la dose recommandée.
